Full description of the position

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Route Sales Driver to join our team. The Route Sales Driver will be responsible for delivering and selling products to customers in a designated sales territory, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

· Speaking to existing or potential new customers about buying new brands or products and displaying them properly.

· Putting up posters, glass vinyl/clings, assembling displays and negotiating good line of sight positions for customer eye traffic.

· Take pictures of work completed.

· Deliver and sell products to customers in a designated sales territory.

· Maintain strong customer relationships by addressing customer needs and concerns.

· Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service and products.

· Manage inventory levels and place order as necessary.

· Keep accurate records of all sales transactions.

· Operate company vehicle safely and efficiently. Keep vehicle clean and take to get serviced periodically.

· Follow all company policies and procedures

· Complete regular check-ins with a supervisor to discuss sales performance and customer feedback.

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

· Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

· Strong customer service skills

· Ability to navigate using maps and GPS

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
