We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our growing team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales and grow the business. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, driven, and have a passion for helping clients find the best insurance solutions for their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert advice on insurance products and solutions
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and sales meetings with clients
- Stay up to date on market trends and industry developments to provide knowledgeable recommendations to clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven sales experience in the insurance industry
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Passion for helping clients and providing exceptional customer service
- Active insurance license or willingness to obtain one
