Automotive Sales Manager
Columbus, OH
Compensation Range: $160,000 to $190,000 based on experience
Relocation Expense: Up to $10,000

As the Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a team of high performing sales associates and fostering a culture of excellence at Mercedes-Benz of Easton. You'll lead by example, and show the team how it's done, working alongside them to close deals, and achieve sales targets. You'll be a hands-on coach and mentor, providing guidance and development opportunities for your sales associates. The right candidate would also be receiving coaching and training for their own professional growth, as we grow so will you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Continuously achieve and exceed sales targets by leading from the front and showing the team how it's done
  • Lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Be an active member of the sales team, closing deals and setting an example for the team
  • Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Continuously seek out new and innovative sales techniques and technologies
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of a minimum 3 years sales leadership and achieving targets -inside a dealership.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury automotive market
  • Experience with sales technology and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Passion for innovation and a drive to be the best
