Career Opportunity: Vice President of Sales with Organized Living - Cincinnati, OH.

Are you a proven sales leader who excels at managing, motivating, and developing an exceptional sales team? Are strategic minded with a focus on executing plans for continued growth? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

As the Vice President of Sales for Organized Living, you will lead a national sales team to achieve shared monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. You will partner with a strong marketing team to develop effective sales tools and effective marketing initiatives. You will continuously evaluate the sales organization structure and reporting relationships to ensure that we are positioned for future growth.

Organized Living is looking for a proven sales leader and change agent who can execute a strategic plan in a complex selling environment. You must have sales leadership experience and the ability to lead and manage a sales team in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.

Specific requirements include:

• Successful track record leading and managing a multi-level sales team in a hybrid work environment.
• Experience in developing and executing a sales structure that maximizes sales results in a complex sales environment.
• A record of demonstrating the ability to train, educate, and coach the sales team to build bench strength to promote from within.
• Experience developing and executing a Strategic Sales Plan.
• Demonstrated experience working closely with Marketing to develop effective sales support material and digital marketing.
• 10+ years in a Sales Leadership role within a business-to-business environment with budgetary P &L responsibilities.
• Proficiency with CRM software as a sales management tool.
• Strong communication, negotiating, closing, and proposal writing skills.
• Must be organized, self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to lead a team-based, collaborative environment.
• Experience with Microsoft 365: Dynamics (CRM), SharePoint, Teams
• Travel is required as needed.
