Seeking Superstar Insurance Agents

The Burks Agency is looking for superstar insurance agents to join our team. The ideal candidates will:

· Be P&C licensed. Life license is a plus;

· Have superior networking and marketing skills;

· Be passionate about closing deals and making money;

· Have a positive, “can-do” attitude;

Agents will receive a base salary plus competitive commission, PTO and paid holidays. Training and free leads will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Property and Casualty sales: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
