Wine Shop Sales Associate/Sommelier FT

We are currently looking for a full-time employee. Our hours of operation are Monday - Saturday from 10:30am-8pm, and we are closed on Sundays.

• Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and excellent product knowledge
• Provide outstanding customer service by listening to and exceeding customers’ needs
• Document sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
• Help create a regular following and maintain customer relationships.
• Process payments and ensure accuracy of sales and transactions
• Assist with receiving and stocking wine
• Maintain store cleanliness, restock shelves and merchandise displays
• Assist with inventory
• Assist with customers’ special orders
• Attend staff education sessions
• Setup and execute occasional, after-hour, events/tastings (public or private)
• Maintain company standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Mac OS, Lightspeed retail

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
