Job Description:
- Acquire and demonstrate expertise and knowledge within RosenSure’s customizable self-funded and employer sponsored healthcare programs and tailored offerings.
- Continue to identify prospects and existing clients within traditional markets where conversion opportunities would prove beneficial.
- Accompany Broker/Producer as necessary on client and prospect visits.
- Lead team communication on process of new client details, collected data and AOR letters.
- Coordinate all associated deliverables to internal team to the account once sold.
- Formulate go to market strategy with client and communicate details to market analyst team.
- Coordinate and direct team to establish set timelines on all deliverables, communicate marketing strategies, requiring carriers to send RFP, contribution strategies, plan alternatives, etc.
- Review all existing plans and COC’s. Identify gaps in coverage, compliance issues, recommended plan changes or enhancements, etc.
- Ensure compliance on items that need to be implemented or reviewed for the client.
- Work directly with Broker/Producer on upcoming renewals. Providing Broker/Producer with knowledge of any critical or essential changes on the account or relative markets.
- Follow-up with Broker/Producer to ensure any communication with client during policy term and client visits have been consistently and clearly recorded in CRM. Discuss go to market strategies accordingly.
- Communicate identified go to market strategies, establish clear deadlines, and oversee implementation. Including contribution strategies and data reporting requirements.
- Devise team in establishing ongoing concise open enrollment timelines.
- Conduct meetings with wellness to formulate strategy and follow-up on deliverables and applicable deadlines for each client.
- Communicate and meet regularly with all department heads to provide renewal and new business updates and production. Provide sufficient details to collaboratively identify department cross sell opportunities, explore client & industry specific strategies, unidentified potential connections, and resources to capitalize rounding accounts and capturing all lines of business.
- Practice and direct team to exercise regular requests for referral opportunities from existing clients and additional department heads, producers, and account managers.
- Meet and continue to cultivate relationships with carrier reps, executives, and underwriters to establish rewarding relationships, negotiate renewals and new business opportunities.
- Proactively research the availability of new products and solutions. Gaining thorough understanding and advantages of new products to leverage warranted value and market positioning.
- Maintain a professional presence and active involvement in attending educational and CPE events.
- Assist with RFP responses.
- Serve as Sr. Advisor to clients on all matters related to their benefits and resolve issues that may arise within internal team. Direct all concerning issues immediately to the Agency Operations Manager to address, manage and avoid further escalation.
- Perform quarterly or semi-annual claims/data reviews, along with annual pre-renewal and renewal meetings.
- Perform open enrollment meetings when necessary and assist all departments with whatever is needed to meet established deadlines.
- Travel to client sites as needed and required.

Requirements:
- Active Florida 2-15 Life, Health, and Variable Annuity Agent License.
- 2+ years of experience within a Senior Level Benefit Account Executive Role.
- 4+ years of Employee Benefit Sales, Marketing, Underwriting or Account Management
- Strong, in-depth working knowledge of employee benefit concepts and practices including but not limited to fully insured and self-funded products, Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life, HIPAA, COBRA, PPACA.
- Physical requirements may include relocating files and lifting file boxes and sitting/working at a computer for extended periods of time.
Preferred:
- 2+ years of team leadership experience.
- Experience working with Zywave, AMS 360, Microsoft Office Products and Outlook a plus!
- CPCU designation or CIC certification is desirable.
