Job Summary:
Power Punch, an innovative leader in the signage industry is searching for a Sales Executive. We are growing in El
Paso. At Power Punch, we give you the fun, collaborative environment, tools, job knowledge and creative freedom to be successful!
Our Sales Team is looking for new members of the team to create, plan, and execute advertising projects for assigned clients.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Interviews clients and researches their products and services as needed to understand and effectively promote the features an d
benefits of those services. Proposes advertising ideas and plans to clients, presenting multiple options to discuss and develop
further. Implements advertising plans according to agreed-upon schedules, budgets, channels, and other parameters. Develops,
implements, and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the efficacy of advertising campaigns; applies this data to
determine appropriate next steps for current and future campaigns.
Actively identifies potential new clients. Self-generates leads by contacting prospective clients by telephone, cold call premise
visits, networking, and industry events.
Concurrently manages multiple accounts, deadlines, and ideas. Responsible for achieving a monthly and/or daily unit quota in
data, phone, and video sales.
Collaborates with creative team to brainstorm and draft advertising ideas that meet clients’ needs. Works in conjunction with
other business services support groups, including sales support and marketing personnel. Attends all sales meetings and training
sessions as required by management. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Persuasive communication and sales skills. Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines. Negotiation and closing
proficiency. Ability to transform abstract concepts and ideas into concrete results.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Collaboration Applications such as Slack, Whatsapp, Clickup, Asana,
Monday.com and/or other similar software. Familiarity with project management methodology such as GTD agile and scrum is
ideal.

Education and Experience:
§ Bachelors degree Business, Graphic Design, Communications or related field and two (2) years related sales
experience preferred or combination of education and experience. Preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Shift:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday
