INSURANCE ACCOUNT MANAGER – PERSONAL INSURANCE

Summary:

Established in Concord, NH in 1966, The Rowley Agency, Inc. began as a surety bonding and construction insurance agency. Today, the firm is one of New England’s largest independently owned insurance agencies with offices in Concord, NH, Portland, ME, Bennington, VT and West Lebanon, NH.

We are looking to hire an experienced Account Manager to join our Personal Lines department in our Concord office. We are offering a competitive salary and full benefits package.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Work directly with clients in placing and servicing of their personal lines insurance
• Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Detail-oriented, professional, and tactful
• Minimum 2 years experience in Personal Insurance Customer Service
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Licensed for Property & Casualty in home state
