Inside Sales Consultant -
We have experienced tremendous growth in our Atlanta offices and have an immediate job opening for an Inside Sales Consultant role! You will spend your days talking to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and pharmacies nationwide assessing their needs and applicable skills.

Description:

• Establish long-term relationships with clients.
• Seek out new clients to place travel nurses and therapists with.
• Negotiates contract rates and other particulars of the contract with the client.
• Set up employment in client facilities. (i.e., submit candidate profiles, set up interviews, negotiate terms of each assignment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date fact sheets or related documents on all clients and targeted potential clients.
• Outside sales activity as well as generating new sales leads.

Skills:

• Previous marketing, sales, staffing, or healthcare experience is not required but desirable
• Self-motivated to exceed goals
• Able to handle pressure & problem solve quickly
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• Excellent customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
