We don’t expect to see the words “estate sale” on your resume. Work experience in many different areas could contribute to a successful candidate for these positions: hospitality, catering, retail sales and merchandising are good examples. Strong customer service skills is either something you have, or don’t have. We can’t teach intuition when working with the public. It's equally important that you can be motivated by money (sales) as well as by personal standards for producing a quality product and offering excellent service.

Producing a professional on-site liquidation event means we can wear a lot of hats: Sales Rep, excavator, merchandiser, Project Manager, photographer, cashier, on-line seller, sweeper, muscle and mover! We have two different opportunities available: Employment and Ownership. Which one is right for you depends on your personal goals, and our willingness to invest in them. All the tools and training you'll need can be provided. Full time salaried employment with commission, bonuses, paid vacations and healthcare benefits may be the security you're looking for *OR* a full ownership opportunity and the chance to be your own boss where you are in control of not only your income potential, but when and where you work. Does that sound tempting? It’s not for everyone, but for some, it’s the only choice!

There are many forms of compensation beyond the pay check. Doing work you love for good people who deserve and appreciate caring attention is so much more than just a perk. An interest in old stuff is important. An archeological curiosity will make you successful, but a working knowledge of actual resale values won’t happen over night, and it is not required!

Reliable transportation and ability to lift 40 lbs are, however, and an acceptable background check may be a condition of employment or contractor relationship.
