Speed Global Services is looking to add a International Logistics Inside/Outside Sales Representative to our growing International Department. A International Logistics Sales Representative will be responsible for working within the International Department, handling sales for US Customs Clarence’s and negotiating rates for international shipments, upselling services, and warm calling clients for perspective business. This is both inside and outside sales, you will have a desk at our office.

Responsibilities:

• Make Sales Calls to Obtain New and Former Business and to Existing Customers
• Manage incoming quotes from current customers
• Handle negotiation of rates with partners and carriers
• Reporting back to clients, keeping them up–to–date with the progress of their shipments.

• Meet with clients weekly to ensure their expectations, initiatives and needs are being met and exceeded

• Consistently deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction to maximize customer perception and retention
• Actively seek new revenue opportunities in each clients’ program such as new opportunities and value-added programs.
• Develop good interpersonal communication with clients, co-workers and supervisors.
• Tack activity, prepare and maintain records for sales leads and account status within our CRM.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Transport, or Business Related degree, OR equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years experience in customer/service or account management
• Knowledge Microsoft, Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Great negotiating and problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills and the desire to build lasting relationships.
• Sales Minded and Internally driven to succeed
