GAEL AUTO SALES is currently seeking a Full-time BILLINGUAL SPANISH SPEAKING Appointment Setter/Sales Agent to fill a hybrid sales position in our Car Dealership

*MUST have experience in either Car Sales or Auto BDC Appointment Setting*

In this position you will help generate car sales by calling potential customers and schedule appointments for them to come in to the dealership for test drives, appraisals, deals, etc

You will actively be on the phone at all times either calling incoming leads or following up with prior customers.

You must be self organized and be able to organize our pipeline of leads through our CRM (We will teach you how to use CRM so computer knowledge is required)

You must already be good over the phone to actively reach out to people and get them to come into the dealership. You will be compensated for the number of appointments that you set and show up + when one its sold by a sales rep

*Commission opportunities available if you also sell the vehicle yourself*

**Position consists of Customer Service & Direct Auto Sales with consumers over the phone AND in person MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH!**

Full Time Position Pay starts at Base $10/Hour + Commission
