Our organization operates in the greater Arlington/Fort Worth and surrounding area with showrooms in Arlington, Fort Worth, Burleson and Midlothian. We are currently seeking individuals who are energetic, goal driven, eager, and dedicated to exceptional client care to become a part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging and establishing rapport with customers while informing them about new product introductions and monthly promotions

· Inform clients of promotional opportunities designed to help them save money or make money

· Learn RDA ProMart’s brand offering to maximize showroom sales by effectively sharing product knowledge and recommending products to best meet the customer’s needs

· Achieve personal goals and aid in meeting showroom goals

· Perform daily replenishment duties, restocking both shelf space and promotional endcaps

· Help process incoming shipments by checking in inventory and stocking of the showroom

· Process customer transactions through the point of sale system

· Establish a clientele experience with customers to foster long term relationships

· Utilize practices for loss prevention

· Educate customers about our on-site education offerings

· Inform and help enroll customers in our Level Loyalty program

· Engage customers both in the showroom room and through social media

· Assist in maintaining a clean, neat and organized showroom

· Complete necessary inventory related paperwork

· Perform other duties as requested by Showroom Coordinator

Experience:

· Retail experience is a plus but not required

· Salon/Spa experience with cosmetology license is a plus but not required

· Customer Service experience or the desire to provide exceptional customer service is required

· Sales experience is a plus.

· Merchandising experience is a plus

Qualifications:

· Must possess an engaging and friendly personality, continuously displaying a positive attitude.

· Must be a good communicator and enjoy interacting with customers

· Must be passionate about retail and do well in a creative and fast paced workspace

· Must be able to lift 45 pounds

· Must make every effort to improve skills and job performance

· Must believe and live daily the TEAM concept: be outgoing, caring, pleasant, and assertive

· Must love to sell

· Must be motivated to progress within the organization.

· Must be willing to work multiple locations within the territory.

Requirements:

· Must have own reliable transportation

· Must be interested in or passionate about the professional beauty industry

· Exceptional communication skills

· Must have basic computer skills.

· Open availability

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.50 - $12.00 per hour
