The Sales and Marketing Specialist will work spend time providing inside sales and marketing support to both our Merchandising Services and Data Services groups at Envision USA. The successful candidate will be passionate about the quality of sales and marketing presentations, and motivated to contribute to the company’s revenue growth, market share, and new business development. This role is responsible for planning, building, and implementing sales presentations, RFP responses and email/social media campaigns across multiple channels and platforms using organic search campaigns. The successful candidate will possess effective communication skills, experience with RFP submissions, understanding of social media marketing and strategy, and most importantly the drive to succeed! Role & Responsibilities:
· Be responsible for RFP selection, recommendation, and response. The candidate will have to navigate a variety of RFP portals and bring forward bids which match Envision’s criteria. The candidate will also be responsible for coordinating, as well as writing, the submission and proposal content.
· Liaise with internal teams and coordinate the execution of new sales and marketing materials.
· Track ongoing projects’ completions, and manage closeout procedures
· Research new opportunities, market segments, and prospects that fit within Envision’s Ideal Target Customer profile
· Track and report on progress, through weekly check-ins
· Coordinate meetings with prospects and clients as may be required
· Understand target client and influence product development direction by conducting competitive analysis, monitoring trends, and making recommendations
· Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and desires through user research, industry trends and qualitative analysis
· Working with external collaborators to bring the business and marketing goals to life
Critical Skills:
· Effective communication skills – written and verbal
· Self-motivated, goal driven, and result oriented
Qualifications and Skills Desired:
· Experience in a B2B sales or coordination role
· Degree in Business administration, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred
· Familiarity or experience with RFP submissions, steps, and requirements
· Experience with proposal writing, contract negotiation, and pricing
· Drive and initiative to take on projects and independently steer them towards completion
· Experience with CRM software
· Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks, and prioritize and time manage accordingly
· Strong business acumen, and attention to detail
· Team player mentality with ability to build relationships with clients and team members
· Work experience in the Marketing or Real-estate department of a bank
