Full description of the position

Large growing 44 year Janitorial company hiring account manager. The hours for this position are 8:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday thru Friday. Company truck and cellphone included.

- Visiting customers

- Inspecting buildings

- Managing custodians

- Delivering supplies

- Investigating complaints and taking corrective action

- Screen and hire new applicants - train new employees

- Recommend dismissals

- Must be bilingual

- Must be a good communicator with excellent customer skills

- Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job

-Time Management: managing one's own time and time of others

- Speaking: talking to others to convey information effectively

- Instructing: teaching others how to do something

- Monitoring: monitoring/ assess performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
