Krucial Rapid Response has an opening for a Account Coordinator for our company, which will work out of our corporate office in Overland Park, KS as part of our Strategic Development team.
Job Summary:
The Account Coordinator will maintain existing client relations and strive to grow accounts while serving as a communication liaison between the client and recruitment to facilitate efficient fulfillment of contract orders.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Meet with key contacts at new client facilities to establish staffing needs, pain points, compliance requirements, specifications for open positions, and to discuss overall process for staffing.
- Maintain open communication with various contacts at client facilities to assess current and future staffing needs, provide candidate profiles, coordinate staff compliance & onboarding, resolve issues, and provide support for any concerns during staff contracts.
- Create detailed staffing orders in CRM and relay accurate information to Recruitment Team pertaining to open travel contract positions to ensure vetted candidates meet client’s standards
- Create pay pack options for open positions based on company’s targets for net surplus and profit margin; Continue to reassess pay packs if positions remain unfilled for an extended period and/or consult with Contracts & Rates team to run market analysis.
- Review license(s), certifications, and resume experience for candidates submitted by Recruitment to ensure they meet client’s requirements and Krucial’s standards.
- Create and send candidate profiles to clients for review.
- Coordinate with Recruitment Team to offer contracts and extensions to staff, address any client or employee concerns, and facilitate any necessary terminations swiftly.
- Send contracts (e.g., staff placement agreements, extension offers, pay pack addendums, and client agreements) with accurate specifications to employees and clients.
- Track, audit, and analyze data for each client to understand and predict changing needs (e.g., current and new open orders, recently closed orders, candidates submitted to client, candidates approved by client and pending start, active employees, employee extensions signed, staff terminations, active and inactive clients).
- Keep in touch with inactive clients to attempt reactivation via new staffing orders.
- Collaborate with various departments daily, including, but not limited to:
- Payroll - Notify of changes in bill & pay rates, facility-specific policies regarding
breaks, timekeeping, etc.
- Contracts & Rates - Request rates and/or contract amendments for new positions
at an existing client facility.
- Logistics - Request lodging for travelers, audit open rooms, and notify when contracts end.
- Sales – Discuss and collaborate to mitigate pain points in staffing such as low bill rates, travel restrictions, delayed client communications.
- Marketing – provide information on client’s current operation and staffing needs to help set realistic goals.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field desired.
- 5-7 years of experience in Account Management, Client Relations, or related Sales position.
- Thorough understanding of the Healthcare industry.
- Exposure to or work experience within non-profit, mission-based organizations helpful.
- Experience within staffing industry preferred.
Physical or Other Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Some travel may be required to attend events, client visits, service activities, or other related work.
