Purple Wave is recruiting for a motivated self-starter as a Territory Manager, to cover the territory roughly defined as the Greater Denver, Greely, Fort Collins Metro region, working with a team of highly motivated professionals in the Sales Team. Compensation and benefits include a salary plus commission paid bi-weekly, company vehicle, computer and the necessary electronic equipment, cell phone stipend, a 401(k) retirement plan, health, dental, vision, and life insurance, vacation and holiday pay.

The territory manager will call on and develop business relationships with heavy equipment owners in the agriculture, construction, governmental, fleet, and lending industries. He or she will inform the clients within their assigned territory of the equipment auction services Purple Wave provides and how they might utilize these services to sell or buy used equipment. The territory manager is responsible for gathering data on all the equipment being sold and submitting this information back to the Purple Wave support team in Manhattan, Kansas.
Excellent people skills, successful sales experience, and a strong work ethic are required to be considered for this role. Applicants must be able to travel throughout their territory, have knowledge of heavy ag and construction equipment, and be able to utilize various technologies, tools, and systems to gather and share information electronically. This position requires a self-motivated person who can take initiative, maintain high ethical standards, and positively represent our company to heavy equipment owners, buyers, and sellers.
