Now Hiring - Cao Group, Inc. - Manufacturing Customer Care / sales Representative in West Jordan, UT

We are searching for a great Customer Care / Sales Associate to build strong relationships with our customers and key distribution partners. In addition, this person will actively develop new business from existing customers and seek new sales opportunities.

This role is for someone who wants to grow into sales at a very dynamic company that is a technology leader in dental and medical manufacturing.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Answering calls from and provides product support to online products personnel, dentists, CAO salespeople as well as consumers.
• Receives and enters all customer Purchase Orders. Follows order through the system to ensure orders ship correctly, on time and then confirms back to the customer.
• Assists marketing departments with new product support/ releases.
• Support dental sales from trade shows, educational programs and other field activities as required.
• Other administrative tasks as assigned
• Serve as a point of contact for all customer and distribution account management matters. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client and distributor relationships.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement.

Requirements and experience:

• At least 1-year customer care or sales and call center experience.
• Strong desire to grow with the company. Not afraid of a challenge.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and help move trade show equipment
• Experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel). Highrise experience a plus.
• Detail oriented with a strong work ethic and self-motivated.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
• Dental or medical knowledge a plus
• Must be positive, forward thinker, proactive, team member.
• Ability to apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Monday thru Friday, hours vary between 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. Job is on site in our West Jordan Facility.
