We are a financial consulting firm based in Hernando County looking to hire full-time Account Managers. This position requires the incumbent to work in our office in Spring Hill, Florida and is not a remote position.

We specialize in helping entrepreneurs and small businesses get Business Credit to fund their investments and obtain capital to grow or invest in their companies. Our Account Managers are responsible for acting as a liaison between the banks and the clients we serve. Maintaining regular contact to keep the file moving forward throughout the funding process.

To be successful in this position, one will need to handle accurate data entry, complete note taking for each activity on a file, be able to work in a fast paced environment, have good attention to detail, and have the ability to stay organized with persistent follow up. We need self-sufficient persons who possess rational logic and can get work done in a short period of time with GREAT work ethic and problem-solving skills. We only want team players who understand (or are open to learning) the professional world and how to communicate with high end business owners and investors.

Job Duties Include:

• Communicating with clients via phone and email
• Submitting applications
• Maintaining weekly contact with assigned clients
• Contacting lenders to negotiate approvals, increases, or overturn denials
• Entering detailed notes in our Client Relationship Management System
• Utilizing Windows based programs, such as Outlook and Excel
• General customer service, including problem solving, analyzing data, providing solutions

Needed Skills/Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required/Associates Degree strongly preferred.
• 4+ years experience in loan origination, underwriting, finance, or a related field is strongly desired.
• High proficiency with computers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Detail Oriented
• Highly organized
• Self-motivated

• Base hourly rate of $13 per hour PLUS commission and bonuses (current average of $2,000-$4,000 per month in addition to the hourly pay)
