We are seeking Sales Representatives to build and maintain positive relationships with customers from first contact to closing the deal, making a positive impact on the companies serviced to ensure satisfaction, repeat business and continued relationships.
It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position in which the Sales Representative communicates and conducts cold calls and visits to potential customers to secure cleaning contracts.
Our Sales Representatives must work to build rapport with key decision makers to grow our customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services and negotiating service agreements while working professionally, safely and in compliance with company standards and regulations.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Self-motivated, determined and focused talent, with professional sales experience, who embraces the challenges that come with responding to each customer’s unique needs and desires.
- Drive revenue growth within sales territory by maximizing Direct Sales Delivery strategies to grow brand/product revenue and profit.
- Identify and act on selling opportunities, make effective sales presentations, make effective use of sales data.
- A positive attitude, along with ambition, organization and service spirit. Ability to work independently to achieve results.
- Effective problem solving with passion for challenges.
- Persuasive and comprehensive writing skills.
- Dynamic positive personality with very strong presentation skills.
- Keen commercial acumen with respect to the contracting lifecycle sales and operations support.
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to research and understand business needs.
- Strong analytical skills with high level of attention to detail.

Minimum Requirements:
- Experience in the sales, commercial sales preferred
- High School Diploma / GED equivalent / a four-year degree from an accredited college, preferred
- Successful completion of post offer background check, MVR, drug screen, physical, physical abilities test.
- Must have a dependable vehicle with valid vehicle insurance.
- Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
- Proven problem-solving skills.
- Time and management abilities.
- Ability to work independently to achieve company goals.
- Adhere to Company Dress Code (No visible tattoos (face, neck, hand) or body piercing).
