Job Summary

The Business Development Representative (BDR) will work closely with Marketing and Sales to identify and reach out to prospects with the goal of generating conversations. BDRs will utilize Salesforce, Salesloft and other sales automation efforts to qualify accounts, and ultimately provide our sales team with qualified opportunities to gain new customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high volume prospecting (75+ activities per day) to qualify leads through calls, emails, marketing campaigns, and social media

  • Follow an account-based approach in order to identify all decision-makers and key influencers within prospects’ organizations,

  • Learn to effectively identify qualified leads, communicate SaaSOptics value proposition, and route opportunities properly to the direct sales team

  • Exceed monthly/quarterly quotas for Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs)

  • Exceed monthly/quarterly quotas for Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs)

Training and Ramp-up

  • 90-day training program where BDAs will gain exposure to what SaaSOptics/Chargify target customer looks like, how to find potential prospects, and training on conversations & workflows that will essential to succeeding as a BDR

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • 0 to 2+ years of relevant professional experience

  • Experience outbound prospecting into a large list of target accounts

  • Measurable track record of success against target goals
