We've achieved over 5000% growth in the last 3 years and become the most reviewed apartment locating service in Chicago, Denver, Atlanta, Austin, Dallas, and Nashville, and we’re just getting started. Our goal is to be the best at what we do and we’re looking for highly motivated individuals to help us make that a reality.

AptAmigo is currently in a phase of rapid growth and is looking for a Sales Onboarding Specialist to help accelerate our expansion in existing and new markets.

Brief Overview:

AptAmigo is looking for a hungry sales leader to onboard people looking to start and build a career in real estate. This position is an internal sales coaching and education role that reports directly to AptAmigo’s Manager of Sales Onboarding.

If you’re a people person, very passionate about sales success, and looking to accelerate your career, this is the role for you.

Salary: $50,000/yr plus commission bonuses (Earning potential: $60,000-$80,000/yr)

The Sales Onboarding Specialist must be located in either Austin, TX or Dallas, TX (or willing to relocate) and will be in-office Monday through Friday. Occasional travel between Austin and/or Dallas will be required, no more than 5 consecutive days per month. A current Texas leasing agent license is required.

This is what you will do:

  • Be the primary point of contact and motivator for new sales teammates during their first month at AptAmigo
  • Teach the AptAmigo way of self promotion and selling and how it can accelerate a career in a real estate
  • Storytelling: become intimately familiar with the AptAmigo story and its impact on our teammates across all functional areas
  • Ensure new teammates have a positive experience by being respectful, available, responsive and candid with feedback
  • Communicate and incorporate feedback in to our onboarding process from the Sales Recruiting, and Management teams
  • This role reports to AptAmigo’s Manager of Sales Onboarding and will also work closely with the Company’s CRO

  • 1-3 years of B2B or B2C sales experience is required
  • Sales training and/or onboarding experience preferred but not required
  • Experience with learning management systems is a plus
  • Minor travel is required
