The Commercial Lines Account Executive will be required to work in our Amherst, MA office providing concierge service to small and medium-sized accounts, including annual renewals, cross-sell, up-sell, daily service needs, and developing strong relationships with Encharter customers and our insurance company partners. Encharter is a Plymouth Rock company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Quote and sell insurance to new and existing customers
• Quote and rewrite policies as requested or recommended
• Review coverages on existing accounts and recommend coverage changes when appropriate
• Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service at all times
• Maintain product knowledge for all lines of business and products written

Education and Experience:

• Massachusetts Property and Casualty Producer License
• 3-5 years of Commercial Lines middle market account management experience
• Thorough knowledge of all Commercial Lines products, including servicing and placing Excess & Surplus lines business
• Understanding of commercial insurance markets, products, and marketing practices
• Excellent attention to detail and vigilant documentation of customer interactions
• AMS360 experience preferred
• Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with varying time constraints
• Works well with team members and participates in a collaborative environment

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Commercial Insurance: 3 years (Preferred)
• Customer support: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Insurance Producer License (Preferred)
