Roles and Responsibilities:

• Make between 75-95 outbound calls per day to develop, build and manage a sales pipeline.
• Effective and efficient use of AFF’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
• Use relationship selling to build a dependable referral program.
• Prospects, qualifies and generates sales from “leads” provided and self-generated.
• Heavy phone and follow-up work to speak with decision-makers at target businesses.
• Communicate with merchants through phone, email, text, and direct mail campaigns.
• Effectively presents and demonstrates AFF products to potential clients.
• Keeps management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports
• Attend periodic sales training where applicable, maintain product knowledge
• Be accountable for meeting and exceeding established sales goals.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High energy, excellent organization skills, and uncompromised Integrity.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• 3+ years of direct work experience in an Inside Sales role.
• Experience in a commission-based sales environment with various lead types.
• Solid grasp of core Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated ability to manage leads through the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing the sale; experience with a CRM software tool preferred.
• Strong track record of achieving sales quotas – “Closer Mentality.”
• Demonstrated ability to perform high-volume telephone work with or without automated dialer assistance.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
• Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills
• Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong presentation skills via phone, webinar, and in person.
• Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
• Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures
• Ability to occasionally travel and attend sales events or exhibits
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
