About the Role

The Sales Representative is a fast-paced and extremely important role. On a day to day, you'll be working with our top clients throughout the US, Canada & Latin America.

It is a business-to-business sales role where you'll be focused on increasing revenue by negotiating "upsell" & "cross-sale" contracts to ensure long- term client satisfaction and product implementation.

Our clients are typically in the Heat Transfer Vinyl, Screen Print or Digital Decorating Market at their companies and we work directly with their key-contacts & decision-makers.

Your goal will be to understand the current Marketing/Distribution challenges a potential client is having and help them implementing, understanding and distributing our innovative products.

You will be responsible for the entire sales process, from prospecting clients you're interested in, initial outreach, & conducting solution-oriented demos to negotiating upsells.

In addition to training you to become a successful salesperson, we pride ourselves in being able to develop fantastic Managers, and our goal is to facilitate your longterm professional growth, taking on more responsibilities once you are ready for them.

1-3 years of professional work experience

First experience in the field of Garment Decoration (HTV, DTG, OKI or similar)

Bachelor's Degree or similar

Exceptional communication & relationship building skills

Self-motivated & organized with the ability to multitask & prioritize

Firm knowledge and understanding of business operations

Track record of success

Valid to work in the US without sponsorship

Excellent level of proficiency in written & spoken English. Additional skills in Spanish are welcome, but not mandatory.
