Inside Sales/Administrative Support

Who we are Looking For:

The Inside Sales Support position is available for an ambitious person who enjoys working in a fast-paced sales environment, in an office setting. This position has a variety of responsibilities, all geared towards assisting our dynamic sales team in selling more products and enhancing our customer’s buying experience. Responsibilities:

• Assist our sales team with daily activities such as: gathering quotes, preparing proposals, writing sales and change orders, sending samples and other various tasks.
• Responsible for sending, tracking and receiving payments from our customers via credit card and ACH payment forms.
• Assists Sales Management with daily tasks such as: reporting, preparing for trade shows and banquets, data entry, and other various administrative duties.
• Work with other departments to enhance company workflow.
• Assists the sales team with preparing digital presentations for customers, including but not limited to: digital color boards, basic room drawings, renderings and other design related items.
• Creating digital marketing campaigns to enhance Valiant’s presence in the marketplace, increase online store sales and provide leads for our sales team.
• May be called on from time to time to complete other various tasks as presented by company management.

Experience:

• 2 Years of Customer Service experience
• A background in digital marketing is a plus
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word
• Experience working with a sales team
• Ability to work in an office Monday – Friday 8-5
• Able to multi-task as you may be working on several different types of projects at once
• Good energy and a “want to succeed” attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
