Job Description: Training Specialist/Roofing Products, Pre/Post sales, Field

We are currently seeking a sales professional for a TRAINING SALES SPECIALIST who will perform field training and support for our business. We need someone who will work out of the greater Dallas/Fort Worth, TX region, who can work in the field, Effectively on the road, efficiently with our customers, end-users, contracted installers, contracted partners and our sales force....This person needs to be organized, a strong communicator who is a focused team player who is passionate about the product, the space, and helping others.

In support of sales and customer satisfaction, this Training Sales Specialist will be responsible for conducting the initial training for the Sales representatives.

In this role, you will work hard within our sales team to teach the understanding of key decision makers goals and motivations and develop relationships and programs for effective training. Every sales member added will go through firsthand training inhouse/field before stepping out.

• You will support our business unit by working to increase the profitability of existing contracts to developing new contracts for the company, training team members on the front-line sales field, and using customer feedback, notes and other interactions.

You will also help us to identify possible challenges/problems, and find innovative solutions for these challenges.

• Management experience over multiple managers/teams
• Roofing background/experience required
• Must be competent and knowledgeable in safety policies and procedures and best practices
• Must be willing to work in excess of 40 hours per week and on Saturdays
• Willingness to travel will also be required
• Must be highly motivated with good communication skills and capable of leadership by example
• Ability to effectively & respectfully work within a team

We are looking for those with:
" EXPERIENCE LEVEL - Minimally, we would like to see candidates with at least 1-2+ years' experience in re-roofing insurance sales/ adjusting experience.

In addition, we would like to see those with:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytics and modeling background with ability to interpret findings into relevant, actionable and understandable business insights and actions
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to attend meetings and one on one training sessions for sales reps
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Valid driver's license is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
