We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to sell the Geneo system to new customers by cold calling and following up on leads in their assigned territory. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Cold call and connecting with customers via phone, social media, inbound leads and other lead generating events.
- You will own the process of leads assigned to you. Owning the sale of Geneo Portfolio products from discovery to close.
- Partner with the Field and business development team. Working in a Pod structure to drive success.
- Maintaining a robust pipeline to ensure you consistently achieve monthly targets and sales goals. Develop strategic selling techniques, using marketing tools and resources, to enhance your client engagement and the overall Glo 2 Go Experience.
- Identifying potential customer needs - work with your field partners to understand how to position Geneo treatments inside clients' practices and businesses.
- Conducting hands-on demos of products via ZOOM, TEAMS, or other virtual apps to drive sales and working with filed partners to arrange in-person product demonstrations.
- The aesthetic space is something you are passionate about and can channel that excitement to build brand awareness in the space.
WHAT ARE YOUR X_FACTORS
- 2+ years Xperience of business to business inside or outside sales experience. Experience in the aesthetics or beauty market. selling to dermatology/plastic surgery or med spa and/or high-end resort and day spas is a plus.
- Xcellent understanding of the sales process from discovery to close.
- Specific Xamples of closing sales based on ROI, how you successfully grew businesses around your products.
- Xperince using HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM systems.
- Interacting with customers over phone calls, LiveChat and via email Xcites you
