Job Description
Immediate opening for a Full-Time Insurance Sales Representative. Seeking skilled salesperson with both Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses. Preferably with at least 1 year of sales experience. Newly licensed insurance individuals should apply. We have more sales leads than we can manage. Candidates with exceptional sales expertise or candidates willing to develop sales skill set will have great earning potential. The candidate will be given Training and Sales support with combined experience of over 50 years to allow candidates be successful.
This position is located in-office at our Round Rock, Texas location.
Salary Range: $40000.00 - $60000.00 per year
Benefits
Base Salary of $40,000 - $60,000 or more for performance bonuses

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Responsibilities
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources & referral sources.
- Provide insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain an elevated level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Have strong computer skills inclusive of software for CRM-Sales Force, Microsoft Office, and various internal computer systems.
- Get educated and coachable on the different on various types of insurance and financial products to meet the risks customers face every day.
Requirements
- A Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license
- A minimum of 1 years prior sales experience is preferred.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, creative and be coachable.
- Be a self-starter with a sense of urgency to be a top performer.
- Excellent Communication/people skills.
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
