We’re hiring a motivated Buyer’s Agent to support and join our growing Eagle and surrounding area team. We are looking for passionate, outgoing, goal-oriented, organized, customer-focused problem-solvers who have great communication skills and a desire to earn more in a highly competitive, past-paced sales environment. Office Location:

• Eagle but serve all Treasure Valley

Responsibilities:

• Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections

• You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding our clients through the entire home buying process with a high degree of professionalism and confidence

• Manage and utilize the CRM to accurately document interaction and next steps for all prospects

• Immediately begin lead generation/follow-up

• From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing home to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the Buyer’s point of contract, and ensure they have a positive experience

• Follow-up with prospects via email, phone calls, text messages and mailers to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads

• Work with other real estate agents and team members

• Performing other duties as assigned or needed

• Help clients choose mortgage options that meet their needs

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid ID real estate license

• Previous experience in real estate industry is beneficial

• Excellent communication skills (articulate/well spoken)

• Strong phone skills with ability to set and close appointments over the phone

• Ability to use or quickly learn CRM & marketing/lead technology tools

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong numeracy and organizational skills

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

• Eagle, ID: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Real Estate License (Preferred)
