Full description of the position

The Inside Sales position will include (but is not limited to) answering phone calls, checking warranty status, writing up equipment orders, and scheduling deliveries. Our system allows for any one of our inside sales team members to assist any customer, regardless of where they’re located. Requirements are 1+ year inside sales experience or HVAC experience along with proficient in usage of internet, email, and Microsoft Office.

Skills: Customer Service, Team Player, Problem Solving, Time Management, Knowledge of computers and software.
