Excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door with an established commercial real estate company in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Corporate Realty is seeking a motivated commercial agent who wants to join our team and who has the desire to work hard and to be compensated accordingly. Competitive compensation includes salary, benefits with commission potential.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of commercial real estate experience (leasing and/or sales)
• Self-starter who is highly engaged, organized, goal focused and strategic in their daily, weekly, monthly, and annual priorities
• Strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills critical to the success of this role
• Must be coachable and willing to learn
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Louisiana Real Estate License required

Pay: $35,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
