- Identify and close sales opportunities in accordance with the Company’s overall strategic plans and financial objectives
- Prospect and cold call 50+ installers daily
- Cold call new and existing customers to set up product webinar demo
- Support Regional Sales managers
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Identify and close sales opportunities in accordance with the Company’s overall strategic plans and financial objectives
- Provide regular reporting to management, including sales pipeline development, forecasting, and market condition updates.

- Participate in team bonding games and activities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- This role has both hunting (new clients) and farming (handling and managing existing clients) - someone comfortable with both aspects, and strong closing skills required
- The ability to learn new technologies and quickly grasp technical concepts A distinct customer service focus
- Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools to drive productivity
