DPI Staffing (a division of DePaul Industries and The DPI Group) is seeking a Business Development Manager to oversee sales in the Treasure Valley market. We offer a generous, uncapped commission program in addition to a base pay salary. The primary responsibility for this position is to grow the business by acquiring new clients in a variety of industries including, but not limited to, clerical and light industrial. The expectation is this individual should generate enough job opportunities to put 40 associates to work weekly.
POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve B2B sales objectives via outside sales efforts
- Cold call potential customers through phone, email, and in person
- 5-10 set new business development meetings per week with key decisionmakers
- Manage and track business prospects through our CRM (currently Avionte)
- Hit KPIs (key performance indicators) set by the branch manager
- Work to develop relationships to identify potential business opportunities throughout Boise, Meridian, Caldwell, Nampa, Eagle
- Collaborate with branch manager on proposals, presentations, and contracts for new clients
- Communicate with the branch team in daily meetings to inform them of upcoming and potential needs of clients
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED
- Minimum of two-years’ experience in direct sales or customer service, with demonstrated success, preferably in the temporary staffing service industry
- Five years’ experience in a fast-paced, competitive industry (preferably staffing services)
- Solutions driven with a win-win mindset
- High drive to take massive action and create results
- Embodies servant-leadership, growth-mindset, and positive outlook
- Must possess knowledge of how to achieve sales results and
- Must be able to creatively counter objections
- Self-starter with strong communication and organization skills
- Professional in appearance, communication, and actions
- Passion for providing stellar customer service in long term business relationships
- Ability to work with autonomy
