B.R. Distilling is the oldest licensed distillery in Memphis, TN. Blue Note Bourbon produces three award winning products- Blue Note Juke Joint, Blue Note Crossroads, and Whisky Advocate’s #7 whiskey of 2022 Blue Note Uncut. Currently being distributed across 17 states, Blue Note Bourbon has created not only a local presence in their home state, but also has a growing presence across the US. Responsibilities:

The Market Sales Manager will be the liaison between B.R. Distilling and the consumer. The manager will play a material role in increasing brand awareness within market through trade and consumer engagement. The manager will build trade relationships, develop a network of influencers and team with distributors in growing market share.

Coordinate promotions, sponsorships, and special events. Establish new accounts. Team with B.R. administrative staff and distributors to service accounts both on and off-premise. Facilitate single barrel selection while regularly visiting customer locations to address account needs and monitor inventory. Seek opportunities to establish and grow new accounts.

Qualifications:

Potential candidates are team players, quick learners and self-motivated.

Skills and Experience:

- 2 years beverage alcohol industry experience in working with distributors or suppliers.

- Adept at networking, selling, and interacting with diverse groups of people.

- Ability to work independently, manage personal schedule and think creatively.

- Must have valid driver’s license.

- Eligible to work in the US.

- Must be at least 21 years of age.

- Ability to lift 60 pounds.
