Responsibilities

• Looking for someone with automotive parts sales experience.
• You have the ability to handle a complex selling environment, learn quickly and retain knowledge.
• You are adept at selling solutions at all prices.
• You are well spoken and have a high energy level.
• You increase sales volume by making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls from customers
• You are accustomed to tracking your sales behavior and metrics as a source of effectiveness and improvement.
• While already operating at a high level, you work well with inside sales people and management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Self-directed with strong organizational skills and great attention to detail
• Excellent phone and warm calling skills (will be taught)
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Demonstrate professional etiquette at all times
• Eager to engage in conversation with prospect
• Promote teamwork and cultivate a positive work environment
• Must have basic computer skills
• Fluent in English and Spanish is a must
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook is a plus
• Relevant work experience – 1 year recommendation

Education:

· High school or equivalent (preferred)

Salary: $16.50 - $38.50 per hour
