Full description of the position

The Marketing Specialist is responsible to build and grow the census by developing relationships and building networks with organizations using our referral sources. The most suitable candidate is an individual who has experience working in Addiction Counseling, MAT, & IOP programs or related Addiction Recovery services. The most suitable candidate is highly motivated, friendly, results-driven, and can build and maintain long-lasting relationships.

$50,000 Salary + Commission! Potential to make OVER $100,000!!

Responsibilities

• Develops relationships with a large supply of referral sources, leading to a consistent flow of quality referrals to the clinic
• Coordinate external marketing of facilities within the community through hot leads
• Regularly spends the majority of his/her time engaged in growing our census
• Maintains a thorough knowledge of the services we offer and client needs
• Respond to requests and concerns from referral sources
• Works collaboratively with clinical staff to assure consistent messages to the customers and the community

Qualifications

• Experience in the addiction treatment field
• Sales experience is a plus
• Excellent planning, organization, and presentation skills
• Candidate must present well and have great relationship-building skills
• Computer Skills
