Job Title: Construction Sales

Location: Atlanta, GA

Outdoor Makeover & Living Spaces is a rapidly growing, modern design-based Atlanta Landscape and Exterior Construction Company that is looking for an experienced and driven Salesperson.

The ideal candidate for this role should be passionate about outdoor designs and eager to use their talent to manage lead generation, increase closing rates, and be an extension to the Sales Manager with a variety of marketing, office, sales, and events tasks.

Outdoor Makeover and Living Spaces, LLC is the premier Outdoor Living Space firm in Atlanta. Our Landscape, Construction & Roofing divisions focus on residential properties in the Atlanta market. From concept to creation, we build from the dirt up with our clients' outdoor dreams as our focus. We handle outdoor living spaces such, as a porch, deck, patio, and cooking area, and hardscapes such as fire features, patios, roofing, and full exterior Makeovers such as paint, gutter, windows, mini makeover, and outdoor lighting. We are not a maintenance company. We consult, design, build, and satisfy!

• Be Knowledgeable in the exterior construction & landscape industry.
• Identify prospective customers, lead generation, and conversion.
• Contact new and existing customers to guide and sell the project, utilizing a CRM.
• Capable of learning our unique system and becoming a brand expert.
• Comfortable multi-tasking on a high level, with precision.
• Emphasize our strengths and highlight how they are a value to the customer.
• Problem-solving skills are needed.
• Negotiate prices and terms and build quotes in our proprietary software.
• Collaborate with the operations team, and act as a liaison during the installation phase.
• Continued to follow up with the customers after the project is complete, building relationships.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. • Bachelor's Degree or related experience
• 2 yrs+ of directly related construction or landscape sales experience
• Experience in construction or landscape sales.
• Experience in working with, LMN, CAD, Vistara, and Construction trend.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Other Skills and Abilities

• Ability to speak fluent Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Landscape Knowledge is a plus.
• Valid Georgia Drivers’ license.

Salary: From $75,000.00 per year
