Full description of the position

Willamette Graystone, a manufacturer and retailer of masonry products, is seeking a person to join our quality team to assist customers and contractors by providing quality Customer Service Representative, both in person and by phone. We provide a good work environment, training, product knowledge, advancement and a team approach to selling and customer satisfaction. Location is our Tualatin, Oregon facility

Primary Duties:

• Provide technical assistance for installing and maintaining the products we sell
• Create accurate and complete invoices and sales orders
• Work with outside sales representatives to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain knowledge of products and their applications and know major competitor product lines.
• Assist with dispatch in scheduling deliveries, process sales orders and complete daily paperwork.
• Should be familiar with inventory and inventory control. Assist with monthly inventory counts.

Required Skills:

• Minimum education required: High School Diploma with average to above math skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Available to work 40 or more hours per week
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Good interpersonal and customer relation skills
• Must be able to walk throughout material yards
• Physical demands include the ability to lift 25 lbs on a consistent basis and 50 lbs or more on a random basis. Should be able to stand, sit and walk for long periods of time.

Qualifications:

• Inside sales experience helpful
• Experience in building materials industry would be helpful
