Orthodontic practice management software company is looking for the next member of our Customer Success Team! We are set on being the leader in orthodontic practice management software. This position is located in our corporate office in Birmingham, AL or telecommute from your home anywhere else in the United States!

We know that in order to be successful we have to make sure our customers are successful – that's where you come in!

Your primary responsibilities as a Customer Support/Sales Representative will be:

1. Providing telephone support to our customers to make sure they are happy and getting the most out of our software

2. Producing sales leads

Specific qualifications and expertise we are looking for in our next team member:

• 2+ years of experience in software customer support or working with orthodontic practice management software
• Excellent comprehension and communication skills, with a passion for helping people
• Comfortable handling incoming calls and problem solving over the phone
• Bonus points: experience working with an orthodontic practice
