Qualifications: Licensed Real Estate Agent with 1+ years of experience.

Growth opportunities: Our firm seeks an experienced Inside Sales Agent + Admin. This is the entry level role for someone looking to become a Full Time Realtor. This role is designed for someone to transition into Sales after a minimum 12 Month time in role commitment. The ideal candidate is motivated and a self-starter, and will be capable of finding creative solutions to any issues that arise. Responsibilities:

 Responding and Managing inbound sales inquiries and outbound cold calling to set appointments for our team of field agents (Realtors) to meet with clients who are interested in buying or selling residential real estate

 Handle Contract to Close through each part of a transaction

 Maintain rigorous prospecting for new business and equally rigorous follow up with leads in your pipeline

 Conduct market analysis to help establish property values for potential buyers and sellers

 Qualify potential customers for appointments with field agents to accurately convey motivation, competition and financial specifics

 Participate in regular training and education requirements

 Accurately track and convey productivity and sales metrics daily and weekly to management and expect regular accountability meetings with direct manager

 Become an expert on the evolving Metro Atlanta real estate market, accurately present The Griffith Group’s value proposition to prospective clients and deftly handle and overcome objections

 Understand and adhere to local, state and federal laws regarding real estate brokerage services

 Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
