LifeShare is seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager to develop and nurture relationships with businesses, schools, churches, and civic organizations in the community to encourage them to host blood drives, helping to ensure a safe blood supply is available in our community when needed for traumas, therapies and treatments. The Account Manager will work with the hosts’ drive chairpersons and coordinate with our blood collection teams to plan, market and execute successful blood drives at locations throughout the community.

The ideal candidate has a background or interest in sales, development, community outreach, marketing or public relations; excellent presentation and interpersonal skills; and a passion for service to our community. Travel throughout the surrounding community is required; must have reliable transportation, a current valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.

Beginning base salary is $42,000 with bonus and advancement opportunities. Since 1942, LifeShare has operated blood centers to facilitate generous donors sharing the Gift of Life. Today, we provide blood components to medical facilities throughout Louisiana, east Texas, and south Arkansas and continue our pursuit of excellence to achieve and maintain the highest levels of service to donors and patients alike. Cutting edge work in rare blood trait identification has led to LifeShare’s leadership position in providing rare blood components to patients nationally and internationally. In 2019, LifeShare expanded to create two new divisions - LifeShare Tissue Services provides select tissue needs to customers, while LifeShare Cellular Services provides clinical and research expertise to develop material and treatments through a state-of-the-art cellular laboratory. In 2020, LifeShare continued to expand, establishing LifeShare Phlebotomy School and LifeShare Plasma Services.
