Job Description

Are you an enthusiastic person, self starter and motivator? Can you quickly make connections with people and gain trust and display confidence?

At North Pacific Mechanical, we provide high quality residential heating and cooling repairs and installs. We are looking for a experienced and motivated Sales Representative to provide over the phone and in-home sales, follow up with the customer, and be able to answer all questions presented.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive sales revenue and market share by managing a portfolio of potential customers which will build the more calls and emails that are made.
• Prospect new clients through cold and warm lead generation. Present and sell our maintenance program via phone and email
• Monitor and respond to Yelp, Thumbtack, email, phone calls
• Develop strong relationships with potential clients and deliver high levels of client care.
• Writing proposals
• Setting and attending sales meetings as necessary
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

• Sales Experience Required
• Previous HVAC experience required
• Outgoing, charismatic, competitive, energetic personality with a strong desire to win.
• Entrepreneurial experience and goal-driven focus.
• Strong client-facing skills that’s effective selling to an executive, owner, and or decision maker with a consultative approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Demonstrated fearless cold calling, prospecting, and closing of a sale.
• Ability to successfully work autonomously while demonstrating excellent time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
