We are currently looking for motivated individuals to add to our outside sales team!

Alder is one of the most successful and fastest growing Smart Home and Home Security companies in the nation. In a short 10 years we have grown from a start-up to the 5th largest company in the industry (out of 30,000+ Competitors).

We provide families with full home security systems, medical buttons, monitored smoke detectors, cameras, and home automation. We make it easy to sell, as we pay for all the equipment and installation for our customers (same day installation), all our customers pay is a low monthly fee of $34.99 a month for everything and nothing else!

The Position we are hiring for:
We are currently hiring outside sales representatives that we can train and add to our Birmingham Alabama sales team, (Anthem). Anthem is the top office in our nationwide company. The sales training they provide and team culture, has proven time and time again that anyone that goes into their team is successful.

If hired, you will be part of our door to door team protecting homes selling home alarm systems, and home automation systems. Training will be provided and usually on new reps first or second day of training they make their first sale! Perks include paid training, paid company housing, and constant paid team vacations! No education requirements, just have to come hungry and ready to learn!
