Pay4Freight is seeking money motivated, hunter mentality, & goal-oriented individuals with proven B2B Sales success to contract potential customers to build relationships, assess needs, and sell our financial services.

In exchange, you will be rewarded with the security of a solid base salary, in addition to uncapped performance-based incentives.

Day to Day

• Communicate with potential customers regarding our services over the phone.
• Leads provided using our proprietary Lead Management System
• Respond to inquiries via phone and email
• Work within Salesforce CRM to keep sales pipeline current and accurate
• Ensure customer satisfaction through continuous positive engagement

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year(s) experience in outbound B2B sales
• Experience with basic MS Office products
• Comfortable conducting 100% business over the phone
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to commute to onsite location

Pay4Freight Benefits:

• Base salary of $45,000 plus uncapped commission (average first year total compensation = $51,000 - $54,000)
