RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recommend moving services, boxes, supplies and equipment to all customers based on cost, availability or customer specifications
• Input information into scheduling software for accurate estimating
• Obtain customer feedback through regular follow-up calls, both during and after moves
• Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and web leads
• Complete paperwork and payment collection
• Communicate professionally in English

REQUIREMENTS Friendly, positive voice, enjoys talking with others and assisting with their needs

• Strong computer skills, Microsoft office experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• HS diploma or equivalent
• 100% drug free

• Experience as a mover or in moving, general labor, delivery driver, package delivery driver, transit bus driver, construction, or warehouse helpful
