SUMMARY
The Fixed Income Sales Assistant will work closely with Investment Sales Representatives to provide excellent customer service and relationship management. Perform detailed tasks and support for Investment Representatives and clients. Develop and maintain relationships with sales, trading and operations to produce seamless flow of sales and security delivery. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: - Ability to multi-task and manage issues on a daily basis regarding trading, customer service and after-trade care.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with clients, trading, sales and operations. Diligent follow-through required.
• Respond to customer requests timely and accurately, performing all service requests and ensuring necessary actions are completed
• Maintain knowledge of fixed income market activities in order to provide information to clients regarding account activity, trading and other transactions
• Organize and maintain procedures to efficiently process and simplify Investment Representative’s needs
• Coordinate with operations as needed regarding documentation, procedures, commissions, and security activity
• Utilization of software including Bloomberg, Excel, Word, and internal systems

- Ability to accept responsibility of unassigned duties and maintain perspective and composure in high stress situations- Other as assigned
