Job Title:Specialty Product Sales Manager (Pump and Power) - Pelham, AL

Job Description:
The Specialty Product Sales Manager is responsible for generating new revenue in a specific, design-focused equipment segment. Our segments include Pump, Power, Trench Shoring and HVAC. The Sales Manager will work both internally and externally to build relationships and solve complex equipment applications for our customers within a given market.
Job Requirements:.
Must have previous sales experience in at least (1) of the product segments
Must be self-disciplined, people-oriented, aggressive, sales driven and a team player
Possess excellent customer service skills
Must be able to build prospects and business relationships
Cold-calling and job site calls are required
Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite, smartphones, and tablets
Previous experience of preparing professional sales presentations and quotes for customers
Preferred Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree is a plus
2 years of business to business sales experience in Construction Equipment or Construction related field is preferred
The ideal candidate will not be a party to any agreements that restrict their ability to perform work for H&E in the assigned area
