Lifestyles Realty, Inc. is excited to announce we are looking for residential sales agents to start our Alabama office.

We are a firm that specializes in working with real estate investors. We are a full service firm with a focus on selling apartment complexes and residential homes as investments.

Experience with real estate investors is a bonus.

This means we have been able to successfully navigate closing in every market condition for 30 years. Everything from the dot com bust to the great recession and now through COVID and unprecedented inflation. It has now grown to 12 offices across 10 states and over 50 agents.

From January of 2020 to May of 2022 our single-family division closed over 1,950 transactions. Or an average of 2.28 property per day.

Our firms specialize in real estate as investments. This means that over our 30 years we have been able to work with properties in any condition. Our investment specialist have closed many short sales, real estate owned properties, properties in probate, clients/ owners in 1031 exchanges and even contract assignments. The key to success across these states and situations is due to a dynamic team of licensed Realtors ® who have a diverse professional back prior to joining the team. The majority of our agents are also investors, taking part in the market.

Since 2017 the Houston Business Journal has had between 2 and 4 of our Houston agents in the top 25 agents in the region. With one of the agents taking the number one spot in both 2020 and 2022.
